The Best Time to Book Your Maternity Photoshoot (And Why It Matters!)
Are you expecting and wondering when the best time to book your maternity photoshoot is? As a maternity photographer serving Deerfield Beach, Boca Raton, Fort Lauderdale, Pompano Beach, and Coral Springs, I often get asked this question. The best time for a maternity session is typically between 28 and 34 weeks. At this stage, your baby bump is beautifully rounded, but you’re still comfortable enough to pose without feeling too exhausted.

Why Timing Matters for Maternity Photography
Comfort and Energy: In the early stages, your bump may not be as prominent, while in the later weeks, movement can become more challenging.
Availability: Maternity photographers book up quickly, so securing your session in advance ensures you get your preferred date.
Wardrobe Planning: Knowing your session date allows you to coordinate outfits, whether you want a couture maternity gown or a simple, timeless look.
Where to Have Your Maternity Photoshoot
Depending on your vision, we can capture your maternity session in my Deerfield Beach photography studio for a high-end couture look or at an outdoor location like Hugh Taylor Birch State Park, Red Reef Park in Boca Raton, or a beautiful beachside sunset session.
If you’re looking for a maternity photographer near you, I’d love to help document this special time. Contact me today to book your maternity session!
